Colombia is well-known for the coffee that it produces. Millions enjoy a cup every day. I spent a day amongst the coffee plants and experienced the process of turning the beans into delicious goodness, on a family-run farm. I didn't even have to leave the city of Medellin to do so. It's possible that the Urban Coffee Farm tour was the best excursion that I've had during all of my travels. Music provided by Epidemic Sound. Having retired in 2023, I now travel full-time, seeing places all around the world. My idea for YouTube is to make the videos more about the places and people along the way, than about me. I hope that the experience for you is both entertaining and educational. Perhaps you will come away from my channel with ideas about places you would like to visit or be inspired to forge your own way. I travel slowly, spending four or five weeks in each destination. Hopefully, that will allow me to go beyond the surface to find the essence of each location. By the end of 2024, I will have visited 14 countries and five of the seven continents.
